At Les Honorés, each piece is made to order with care and precision. For this reason, we apply a selective and transparent returns policy.
Because our products are created specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference. We strongly encourage customers to review the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To allow us to review the issue, kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund. All requests are reviewed individually to ensure quality standards are maintained.
